Prior to joining Orangetheory Fitness in 2013, Elizabeth spent almost 5 years as a regional group fitness manager for Gold's Gym Houston.

She began leading group fitness classes in 2007 and has since delivered thousands of classes in many styles and formats.

She is a certified Les Mills™ instructor and E-RYT 200 yoga teacher. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Public Relations and B.S. in Spanish Language.

Elizabeth has always loved the energy, enthusiasm and motivation of working out in a group setting. When she is not inspiring fitness, you will find her running after her four kids ages 2-7.

Brenda is certified through AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Training, AFAA Group Exercise, Turbo Kick Box, PiYo, Stotts Pilates, Les Mills Body Pump, and Trigger Point Therapy.
 
Brenda has been in the fitness industry since 1988.
She is passionate about seeing the members reach their fitness goals. Brenda is Houston's Regional Coach.
Julian graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelors of Science in biological and physical sciences.
He is currently in school in pursuit of becoming a Doctor of physical therapy. Julian is certified in AFAA and NASM. He loves basketball and high intensity training.

Lorie Fowler comes to Orangetheory Fitness with 23 years of personal training experience. She is certified through PFIT and NASM, and is also a practical examiner and instructor for the PFIT certification program.  Previously, Lorie was the Health and Wellness Director for Fort Bend Area Retarded Citizens and a trainer for the Houston Aeros Hockey Team. Lorie teaches at the Sugar Land and San Felipe-Tanglewood studios. 

 

South Texas native Phillip Kendrick joined Orangetheory Fitness in 2014 with more than 5 years of personal training experience under his belt. Phillip’s passion for fitness began during his time at Belmont University from which he graduated with a degree in music business. He has specialized training in applied self-defense and martial arts conditioning as well as strength training for older adults. Phillip enjoys music, jui jitsu, cooking, and being a huge sports fan. 
Gil has been in the health industry for seven years. He has been a group fitness instructor at many places such as Golds Gym, Lifetime Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Fitness Connection, and Cycle Bar.
 
He first obtained his cycling certification through Schwinn, then became Les Mills certified in Bodypump, CXWorx, GRIT, and Bodycombat. He is NCSF Personal Trainer and RIP 60 certified.
 
He uses his friendly personality and mixes in his hard work mentality to help people achieve their fitness goals!
Ryan became an ACE certified personal trainer in October 2014 and soon after started his own personal training business.
He believes fitness is a way of life that helps you get better everyday. Ryan is currently working on his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at the University of Houston.
 
When he isn’t helping others, Ryan loves spending time at home with his wife and two young children.
