Orangetheory Fitness is located just off Highway 69 in Sugar Land, Texas. We make it easy for you to get in a fun workout in an energetic group setting. You're sure to find a class time to fit your schedule no matter how busy your life gets.


Our group gym classes are based on high-intensity interval training, which combines cardiovascular and strength training exercises. You'll complete 12 different stations incorporating treadmills, rowing machines, free weights, and more. All of this is designed to keep your heart rate up for major calorie burning. Our clients can burn between 500 - 1,000 calories in just an hour and continue to burn calories for up to 36 hours after the workout ends.


Our experienced trainers lead each class and will guide you through the workouts. They're here to discuss your fitness goals and provide encouragement as you progress through the class. They'll evaluate your fitness level and suggest modifications if necessary.


People of all fitness levels are welcome at Orangetheory Fitness. Seasoned athletes will build strength, endurance, and power to excel in their sports. Fitness beginners will find the encouragement and guidance they need to progress quickly. Whether you want to take your fitness to the next level or just want to lose a few pounds, we'll give you a fun, challenging workout that's never boring.

MEET OUR COACHES

Laura received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Texas State University in 2010. She's been in the fitness industry for almost 8 years beginning in college, teaching group exercise classes. Laura has been in corporate fitness most of her career with her most recent being the Group Exercise Manager at BP Oil and Gas for the last 3 years. She began as a member this year and immediately decided that she wanted to be apart of the Orangetheory family! Laura is personal trainer certified through Cooper Aerobics and also holds AFFA, TurboKick, First Aid and CPR/AED certifications.
Brenda is certified through AFAA Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Training, AFAA Group Exercise, Turbo Kick Box, PiYo, Stotts Pilates, Les Mills Body Pump, and Trigger Point Therapy.
 
Brenda has been in the fitness industry since 1988.
She is passionate about seeing the members reach their fitness goals. Brenda is Houston's Regional Coach.

Prior to joining Orangetheory Fitness in 2013, Elizabeth spent almost 5 years as a regional group fitness manager for Gold's Gym Houston.

She began leading group fitness classes in 2007 and has since delivered thousands of classes in many styles and formats.

She is a certified Les Mills™ instructor and E-RYT 200 yoga teacher. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Public Relations and B.S. in Spanish Language.

Elizabeth has always loved the energy, enthusiasm and motivation of working out in a group setting. When she is not inspiring fitness, you will find her running after her four kids ages 2-7.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
